Beer worth Jon's name on it.

Small-batch brewing from Bucks County — where every pint starts with a question only Jon would ask.

Brewed in small batches Real ingredients No preservatives
47 test batches before pint one

A guy, a garage, and an unreasonable obsession with hops.

Jon didn't set out to start a brewery. He set out to brew one perfect pint. What began as a weekends-only obsession in a one-car garage became a defining mission: make beer so good that putting his name on it felt natural, not arrogant.

47 test batches. Three ruined batches. Two accidentally brilliant experiments. A lot of very patient neighbors. After two years of relentless iteration, the beer was ready. The garage was not — so Jon built the brewery for real, in a restored barn in Bucks County that now houses a small brewhouse and a taproom where every visitor is treated like a regular.

Nothing we sell is made by a machine that doesn't have a name. Every batch is tasted, tested, and approved by one person — the same guy who scrubs the tanks at 5 AM. That's BrewJon.

Six beers worth the trip.

Small-batch, flavour-forward, and brewed with intention. Here's what's pouring right now.

West Coast IPA

Hop Drift

🍺 6.8% ABV 🌿 65 IBU

A bright, resinous IPA with big citrus and pine notes. Centennial and Cascade hops take the lead — grapefruit up front, a clean bitter finish that keeps you coming back. The beer that started it all.

Citrus Pine Clean Finish
Oatmeal Stout

Midnight Grain

🍺 5.4% ABV 🌿 30 IBU

Smooth as silk, dark as a moonless night. Roasted barley and oats give this stout a velvety body with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, and a whisper of caramel. Pours like crude oil, drinks like dessert.

Chocolate Coffee Velvety
Belgian Witbier

Valley Wit

🍺 4.8% ABV 🌿 15 IBU

A tribute to Bucks County's river valley. Light-bodied and hazy, brightened with orange peel and coriander. Crisp, refreshing, and dangerously easy-drinking. The perfect porch beer for humid summer evenings.

Orange Coriander Crisp
Amber Ale

Barn Red

🍺 5.6% ABV 🌿 28 IBU

Named for the restored barn where BrewJon lives. A rich, malt-forward amber with toasty biscuit notes and a gentle caramel sweetness. Balanced by just enough hop bitterness to keep it honest. The beer we'd serve a first-time visitor.

Caramel Toasty Balanced
Czech Pilsner

Lazy River

🍺 4.5% ABV 🌿 22 IBU

Jon spent a summer in Plzeň and came back obsessed with making a proper pilsner. Golden, snappy, and built for long afternoons. Noble Saaz hops give it a subtle floral spice. Low ABV, maximum refreshment.

Floral Crisp Sessionable
Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Barrel Burn

🍺 11.2% ABV 🌿 45 IBU

Our once-a-year release, aged 14 months in bourbon barrels. Massive notes of vanilla, toasted oak, dark fruit, and molasses. Complex, warming, and best shared with someone who appreciates the good stuff. When it's gone, it's gone.

Bourbon Barrel Vanilla Limited Release

Pull up a stool. Stay a while.

Set inside a restored barn in Bucks County, the BrewJon taproom is equal parts working brewery and neighbourhood gathering spot. The copper kettles are still warm from the morning boil. Jon's playlist shuffles through vintage country, soul, and 90s hip-hop. The tap list changes with the seasons.

No TVs. No pretension. Just good beer, good company, and the guy who made it all within arm's reach.
